How can i post?
Just sign in with your Linkedin account. (You will see a small square with Linkedin logo on the right hand-side, simply click it and enter your Linkedin username and password into the dialog box that appears) Then, on top of the page click “add new” and than “post” and you are ready to go!
If you do not have a Linkedin account but still want to post, simply e-mail your content to us, we will post it by referencing you. (info@quantturk.com)
What can i post?
The only limitation is that it has to be about quant finance related topics like risk management, portfolio management, time series analysis, optimization, derivatives pricing, stochastic calculus, etc. You can post videos, lectures, papers, codes, excel files, opinion on a certain subject, experience, comics, job opportunities or whatever comes to mind about quantitative finance.
Why should i post?
We have two causes:
1- We want to create a 100% free quantitative finance resource for all of us. By doing so we believe we can benefit from each others expertise and know how thus develop ourselves.
2- We have observed some groups working on quantitative finance related issues which are not aware of each other. But again, it is for our own good if we get to know people around us interested in what we are also interested in.
So if you post, you will reach people that have similar tastes and chance to receive positive feedbacks to develop.
Who are you?
We are people from different industries with similar interests. Our authors are a risk manager, a Ph.D student, a trader and a consultant (but for now!). We simply share the common interest of quantitative finance. If you also do, we want to see you as one of us regardless of your education, experience or any other criteria.
